Delete your account and data
This page is for vendors and for customers who have signed in with a Google account (for example to see a shop’s phone number, ask a shop to come to you, or tap “I’d like … around here”). One account is used both to run a shop and to call shops, so deleting it removes the shop and the customer data of that account together.
Never signed in? You have no account, and our server keeps nothing that identifies you (only a one-way coded install ID that deletes itself within 48 hours). Followed shops, hidden shops, the spot you set for alerts and your settings live only on your phone; clear the app’s data or uninstall to remove them.
Option 1: Delete it in the app (immediate)
The app’s buttons are shown below in English, with the Thai wording in brackets if your app is in Thai.
- Open the app and make sure you are online.
- Go to the delete button, either way:
Vendors: tap the bottom tab I'm a vendor (ฉันเป็นแม่ค้า) → on “My shop” scroll down and tap Settings (ตั้งค่า) → tap Delete shop and account (ลบร้านและบัญชี, in red).
Customers (or vendors who never created a shop): tap the tab Find shops (หาร้าน) → tap your profile picture at the right end of the search bar → tap Delete shop and account (ลบบัญชีและข้อมูลร้าน).
The button mentions a shop, but customers without a shop use the same button to delete their account. - Read the confirmation and tap Delete forever (ลบถาวร).
- Choose the same Google account you signed in with, to confirm it is you. If you cancel or pick another account, nothing is deleted; you can try again.
- When you see “Shop and account deleted” (ลบร้านและบัญชีเรียบร้อยแล้ว), you are done.
If you see “Couldn’t delete data in the old system. We will delete it within 24 hours”, your account in the current system is already deleted and you don’t need to do anything else. If deleting fails, check your connection and try again.
Option 2: Ask us to delete it
If you can no longer open the app, lost your phone or already uninstalled it, message the Facebook Page “รถเร่ใกล้ฉัน” (RotRe) or email kampanatth0222@gmail.com with:
- the email of the Google account you signed in with,
- your shop name (if any) or the display name you used when calling shops,
- “please delete my account and data”.
We don’t store emails in readable form; we only use the email you give us to find the matching account. We may ask a few questions to confirm the account is yours, then delete it and reply within 7 days. Exactly the same data is deleted as when you do it in the app.

What is kept, and for how long
These are not deleted at once because the law requires them or to protect other users. Each one is deleted automatically when its time is up (except the list of suspended accounts, kept until the suspension is lifted).

Not affected by deleting your account
- Your Google account itself is not deleted. We only delete your account in this app (your Google account is managed by Google).
- Data on your phone (followed shops, hidden shops, the spot you set for alerts, language, night mode) stays on your phone; clear the app’s data or uninstall to remove it.
- We never keep route history, meeting pins or chat messages on our servers, so there is nothing of that kind to delete.
- Cloudflare, our server provider, may keep temporary logs under its own schedule. We do not use them to identify you.
Don’t want to delete everything?
- Stop sharing your location: tap Close shop (ปิดร้าน) in the app or on the notification. The shop’s location is removed within seconds; the shop itself stays.
- Edit or remove menu items, the photo or the phone number: “My shop” → Edit shop, photo, menu and prices (แก้ไขร้าน รูป เมนู และราคา) · spots and the schedule can also be edited or removed on “My shop”.
- Stop customer calls: turn off Take customer calls (รับเรียกจากลูกค้า).
- Sign out: the app closes your shop and removes its location first. Your data stays, and you can sign back in later.
