Notice and takedown policy
This page explains how to report shops, content or user behaviour that breaks the law or our terms of use, what information we need, and how fast we act. It follows the Thai Ministry of Digital Economy and Society notification on procedures for notification, suspension of dissemination and removal of computer data, B.E. 2565 (2022).
1. What you can report
Shops, shop names, menus, photos, or the behaviour of users in calls and chat that are illegal or break the terms of use, for example:
- Sexual services, dating, pornographic content
- Drugs, cannabis, kratom, vapes, alcohol, gambling, lottery, loans, weapons
- Scams, fake shops, false information that harms others
- Harassment, threats or insults
- Your photo, your shop or your work used without permission
2. How to report
- In the app (fastest)
Shop page → Report this shop — no sign-in, the reporter is not identified.
During a call or in chat → Report / block — you may attach the latest chat messages from your phone (you see them first and can untick them). - Outside the app (also for people who do not use it)
Message the “รถเร่ใกล้ฉัน” (RotRe) Facebook Page or email kampanatth0222@gmail.com with the information in section 3. - Through the authorities
File a complaint with the police or online at thaipoliceonline.go.th; the authorities forward it to us.
3. What we need (reports outside the app)
So we can check quickly and so the report counts as a notice under the notification above, please include:
- Your full name and how to contact you (never shown to the person reported)
- The shop or content: the shop name in the app or a screenshot, and the area where you saw it (e.g. sub-district, district)
- A short statement of the facts: what happened, when, and any damage
- For your own photo or work: that you own it or are the person shown
- A statement that the information is true
We may ask for more if it is not enough to check. Reports made in the app need none of this, because the app already knows which shop or call it is about.
4. How fast we act
Counted from when we receive a complete report.
| Matter | Suspend or remove within (per the notification) | Our target |
|---|---|---|
| Sexual images or content involving children | 24 hours | Immediately · we do not keep or forward images; we tell the police where they are |
| Pornographic content / selling sex | 3 days | Within 24 hours |
| False information that harms others | 7 days | Within 24 hours |
| False information affecting national security or causing public panic | 24 hours | Immediately |
| Other breaches of the terms of use | – | Within 24 hours |
- Every in-app report reaches our team’s phone at once · 3 or more serious reports about the same target within 24 hours are treated as urgent.
- The system never hides a shop automatically because of the number of reports (to stop malicious reporting); our team checks and decides.
- While checking, our team may hide a shop at once if a breach looks likely, and restore it at once if it turns out fine.
5. Possible outcomes
- No breach (case closed)
- Shop hidden · name, menu or photo not approved · shop removed
- Shop’s calls turned off · customer’s calling suspended
- Account banned
- Police informed (matters involving children, human trafficking, drugs or weapons)
A vendor whose shop is hidden or removed sees the reason in the app or is told through the contact channel, without the reporter’s identity. We cannot reply to anonymous in-app reports; if you report outside the app with contact details, we will let you know once we have acted.
6. Records we keep
- Moderation log (what was reported, when, what we did, when) — kept for 400 days to show we acted in time; no reporter names and no chat text.
- Reports (reason, the reporter’s note, attached chat messages, and the reporter’s account for reports made during a call) — kept until closed plus 90 days, then deleted.
- Traffic log (account, encrypted IP address, time, type of request) — kept for 90 days, opened only on an official request from an authority, and every opening is recorded.
Details are in the privacy policy.
7. Requests from authorities
- We accept only formal written requests from authorities with legal power (for example under Thailand’s Computer Crime Act, or a court order).
- We check that the request is genuine · give only what is asked and what we actually hold · record what we gave and when.
- Send requests to kampanatth0222@gmail.com.
8. Disagreeing with a decision
If you believe your shop was hidden or removed, or your calling was suspended, by mistake, contact our team on the Facebook Page or at kampanatth0222@gmail.com with your shop name or the account code shown in the app and your reasons. We will check again and restore it if it was wrong.
9. Emergency help
- Police emergency: 191
- Human trafficking and social assistance: 1300
